This tool updates the descriptions of conduits in the model. The description property is created when a conduit is first placed, and it might contain data that subsequently changes. For example, the description might include the diameter of a circular pipe. If the data does change - perhaps as a result of hydraulic calculations - then the Update Descriptions tool will update this property.
