To Assign Role Permissions to a Person
- On the tab for the new person you created, expand the Permission Roles pane.
- Click Query Roles.

In the Search field (top left corner of the window), type % and run the search.
At the bottom of the window, the results of the search display, showing all the roles.
- Drag to the Permission Roles pane any role(s) you want to assign to this user. The permitted roles display in the new person's Permission Roles pane.
