General warm-up period matrix files
If using the GENERAL=T option in conjuction with the WARMUP=T option, then the user must provide user-generated route choice probability matrix and OD matrix files for the warm-up period. These files follow the same formats as their respective full-period counterparts, but must have a column of ones representing the departure time d, i.e. all values in the third column of both files should be 1. We note that the value 1 in this position would normally represent departure in the first time interval, however, here it is assumed there is no departure interval and the 1 columns merely serve for alignment in the matrix routines. There should be NO HEADER included in either file; for 100 zones the warm up period route choice probability matrix file should follow the format of Figure 14, and the warm up period OD matrix should follow the format of Figure 15. The specifier that defines the general OD matrix file in the general dynamic control file is given by IODW, the warmup route choice matrix is given by IRCW, and the warmup turn count version of the route choice matrix is given by IRTW.
