Bentley Map Mobile Publisher opens when you select “File > Publish for Map Mobile…” from the host program. The dialog can also be opened with these keyins:

PUBLISHER PUBLISH Opens the Bentley Map Mobile Publisher dialog

PUBLISHER PUBLISH <path\settings_file> This key in will cause the publisher to run silently.
