Printing Reports

The Report Selection dialog box is used to select the report file to be sent to the printer. The Print command can be accessed from this dialog box as well as from the Report Preview window.

To print a report

  1. On the File menu, point to Print and then click Reports to open the Report Selection dialog box.
  2. Select the report that you want to print and click Print to open the Print dialog box.

    Or to preview the report first, click Preview and then click Print on the Report Preview toolbar.

  3. Select the desired printing options and then click OK.
