You can automatically assign a macro unit or compatible unit when you assign the feature to which the unit has been associated. Automatic unit assignment involves setting up the feature definition so that it includes a unit as one of its attributes. When the feature is assigned to a design, the automatically assigned unit will be displayed in the Design Workspace within the folder of the feature to which the unit is "pinned." Like manually assigned units, automatically assigned units can be deleted and modified as you work with the design in the Design Workspace.
