Bentley OpenUtilities Designer and Bentley OpenUtilities Map are desktop products to design, manage, and analyze the GIS representation of electric distribution networks using MicroStation-based editing tools. It builds upon Bentley Map's geospatial object modeling (XFM) and enhances it to include utility-specific capabilities.
