Exporting Reports
Reports can be exported in a variety of file formats with the use of the Export dialog box, which provides formatting options as well as destination options (i.e., saving the new file to a specific folder location, sending it to an e-mail recipient, opening it in a particular application, etc.). The Export dialog box opens with the Export Report command, which is accessed from the Report Review window.
To export a report

Or right-click in the white space of the displayed report and choose Export Report from the shortcut menu.
- In the Format box, select the preferred format for the exported file and provide any additional information that may be required.
- In the Destination box, specify a destination for the exported file.
