Editing the Properties of a Job Default
The Job Default Properties dialog box is used to make changes to the editable properties of a job default. These properties include the name, description, and owner of the job default as well as its type (public or private). Any changes to the set of attribute defaults that make up the job default must be made using the Job Default Assistant. To make changes to the properties of a private job default, you must be the owner. Only authorized users can modify a public job default. Keep in mind that you can always copy any job default that you are not authorized to modify and then use the duplicate to make whatever changes you require.
The Job Default Properties dialog box is accessed from the Job Defaults view using the File > Open command. It can also be accessed from the Job Default Assistant using the File > Properties command.
