Report Options
The Report Options dialog lets the user define settings that affect the report contents.
Accessed when:
- You click the Options button in the Run Reports dialog.
| Setting | Description |

| Replace multi-line character (^) with space | Select this check box to replace the line break character (^) with a space in the reports to be created. This character creates line breaks in text that is entered on a drawing. If you wish to keep the text line breaks in your reports, de-select this check box. |
| Include terminals | Select this check box to include terminals |
| Include part numbers that only exist in BOM Explorer | Select this check box to include items that have been entered in the BOM Explorer but have not yet been used in a drawing. |
| List only spare parts | Select this check box to include items that have no part number assigned. |
| List all part numbers including spares | Select this check box to include all items including spares on the report. |
| List all part numbers except spares. | Excludes the spare parts from the report. |
| Only list parts used on selected pages. | Select this check box to only include items on selected pages. When you select the check box, a Select Pages button will appear. Use this button to display the Select Pages dialog where you can choose which pages whose parts are to be included in the report. |
