Elements can be edited in one of two ways in MicroStation mode:

Element Properties Dialog: To access the Element Properties dialog, click the Bentley StormCAD View menu and select the Properties command.

FlexTables: To access the FlexTables dialog, click the Bentley StormCAD View menu and select the FlexTables command.
