You can add, delete, and rename folders in the FlexTable Manager to organize your FlexTables into groups of that can be turned off as one entity. You can also create folders within folders. When you start a new hydraulic model, Bentley StormCAD displays two items in the FlexTable Manager: Tables - Hydraulic Model (for model-level FlexTables) and Tables - Shared (for FlexTables shared by more than one Bentley StormCAD hydraulic model). You can add new FlexTables and FlexTable folders to either item or to existing folders.

To add a FlexTable folder:

1. Click View > FlexTables to open the FlexTables Manager.
2. In the FlexTable Manager, select either Tables - Hydraulic Model or Tables - Shared, then click the New button.
3. Click New Folder from the shortcut menu.
4. Right-click the new folder and select Rename from the shortcut menu.
5. Type the name of the folder, then press Enter.

To delete a FlexTable folder:

1. Click View > FlexTables to open the FlexTables Manager.
2. In the FlexTables Manager, select the folder you want to delete, then click the Delete button.

To rename a FlexTable folder:

1. Click View > FlexTables to open the FlexTables Manager.
2. In the FlexTables Manager, select the folder you want to rename, then click the Rename button.
3. Type the new name of the folder, then press Enter.
