By default, polygon elements are sent to the back of the level order when they are drawn. If the level order is modified, polygon elements can interfere with the visibility of other elements. This can be remedied using the MicroStation Level Manager (Click the Settings menua and select the Level > Manager command.).

To access the MicroStation Level Manager, click the Settings menu and select the Level > Manager command.
