Raceway Labels

The Label Tool allows you to define labels to be placed next to raceway components in the drawing. When you click the icon, you are prompted to select a raceway component to label. After selecting the raceway component, the following dialog displays:

Identify which types of labels to use as well as their direction configuration and click OK to place in the drawing or click Cancel to terminate the command.

Setting	Description
Label Types	Click the Show check box next to the label types to display on the drawing. For each type, you can define a Prefix and Suffix.
RW Macro	Enable this option to create user defined attributes as part of a raceway label. The drop down list next to the Insert button contains raceway attributes which you can display in the raceway label. As you select an attribute and click Insert, it adds it to the RW Macro field. You can string together multiple attributes to display as a raceway label. To place an attribute on a new row, add the LineFeed attribute before it in the string: This will place the Type attribute on a new row in the label under the ID. Once you have defined your label, enter a name in the field next to the Save button, then click Save. How To
Use Leader with Label	Enable this option to include a leader line with each label placed. Disable if you do not want leader lines.
Label Direction	Determines the direction of the label text on the drawing. The following options are available: Horizontal Vertical Inline Raceway Info Line - Aligns the label with the raceway info line. View - Aligns the labels so they can be seen in the active view window.
OK	Saves the settings and continues with the placement process.
Cancel	Cancels the command without saving the changes.
