This release of Bentley Navigator includes these improvements and new features:

Camera Front Clipping
Improved Sign-in Notifications
Bug fixes and performance improvements

Note: Navigator CONNECT Edition Update 6 no longer supports 05-based or version 1.5 i-models. The 1.5-versioned i-models were the version used by Navigator CONNECT Update 2. You need to re-publish your data with the 06-based or 1.6-versioned i-model publishing engine. This engine can be found in new releases of MicroStation CONNECT and Navigator Mobile Publisher.

Camera Front Clipping

You can now turn on camera front clipping to quickly see inside objects as you navigate through the model. When you use camera front clipping, you can set a distance from the camera where all geometry will be clipped. As you move the camera, items that are within this distance are clipped, allowing you to see inside the items without having to perform any extra steps. You can use camera front clipping with any view tool, but it is especially useful when used with the walk tool.

Improved Sign-in Notifications

Navigator requires that you connect your device to the internet at least once every seven days, in order to refresh your sign-in token. Now, when you are at risk of exceeding the seven day period, Navigator CONNECT Edition Update 6 provides convenient notifications to remind you to connect your device to the internet while Navigator is running.
