For quick access to your i-models when using MicroStation and Bentley Navigator, Windows or mobile version, you can easily publish your i-models to a personal space instead of browsing through Navigator to find your file.

To access i-models you have published to your personal share from MicroStation, select the Browse button from the File Open screen and then select Personal Share from the repositories list. Any i-models in your personal share are displayed here. Select the Refresh icon to refresh the Personal Share list.

Click the star icon to set the i-model as a favorite. When you set an i-model as a favorite, it downloads the file and makes it available for offline use. It also appears in the favorite list on the File Open screen.
