Understanding basic navigation.
Navigator provides a set of basic navigation tools that
allows you to interact with the model. Select the Navigation tool to expand the
available tools: Rotate View, Pan View, Fit View, Window Area.
Below is an explanation of the navigation tool group found
in the Navigation Tools Menu. If you would like information on how to use touch
or your mouse for navigation, go to
Gestures and Controls.

Rotate View

A crosshair appears in the
center of the model; the crosshair can be positioned using the mouse. The
crosshair can also snap to the corner or edge of an element. Select and drag to
rotate the view of the model. Right-click to revert to the previously active
measure or select tool.

Pan View
|

Select and drag the pointer to
move throughout the model. Right-click to revert back to the previously active
measure or select tool.

Fit View
|
|
The model adjusts so that the
whole model fits within the view.

Window Area
|
|
Select and drag to define the
area of the model to enlarge. Right-click to revert back to the previously
active measure or select tool.
