This function allows the user to define specific wavelengths for fiber/splitter port assignment for display when a fiber or fibers are reviewed.

Open the Wavelength Setup Dialog

1. From the Bentley Comms menu, select Fiber/Copper/ISPSetup > OSP >Wavelength.

   

2. The Wavelength dialog opens.

   

Editing a Wavelength

1. Select a wavelength from the Wavelength Definitions list. Highlighting the wavelength loads the information into the dialog box.
2. Edit the Wavelength input fields.
3. Click Update to save changes into the spec file.

Creating a Wavelength

1. Key in a Name or ID.
2. Enter the specific wavelength you wish to track.
3. Click Add to save the new Wavelength name.

Deleting a Wavelength

1. Highlight the name in the Wavelength Definitions List.
2. Click Delete to remove the wavelength from the spec file.
