The 'Operations > Wavelength Utilization' command is used to generate reports on the availability of wavelength frequencies in the network. The Wavelength Utilization dialog allows the user to obtain wavelength availability on fibers filtered by ownership, or area - either an entire project, a file, or an area determined by a user-defined fence.
