The Segment command creates/updates the cross section color coded table of the selected segment. It also updates the actual fiber count of the selected segment with the override value generated using the Populate > Global or Populate > Override command.

Build X-Section - Segment

1. From the Bentley Fiber menu, select XSection > Segment.

   

2. The Select Cross Section dialog box opens.

   

3. Select XSection type and choose the starting buffer and fiber color.
4. Select a Segment on the leg to build. The selected segment updates.
