The Data command is used to populate information in the “out of the box” Comms fiber and copper feature attribute fields.

Add a Name, Description, Owner, or Pole Number to a Particular Device

1. From the Bentley Fiber menu, select Populate > Data.

   

2. Select a device on the fiber route.
3. A Device Data dialog box opens.

   

4. Key in information such as name, description, owner, and pole number. The information can be posted on the map by selecting one or more of the POST buttons.
5. Place the information being posted on the map near the entity it describes.
6. Click OK when completed.
