Job history is stored in HTML files that get created each time the job is run. These job history files are located in the \history folder under the Bentley Automation Service working directory.

Built into the name of each HTML job history file is the name of the job definition and the exact time the last job was completed. Various information about the when the job was run is included in the job history file. For most types of jobs, the history file includes links to the source documents that were processed.

To locate a source document, scroll down to the table containing a list of the source documents processed, and click the link to the document you want to locate.

For jobs where the source document is already stored in ProjectWise, clicking the link opens ProjectWise Explorer directly to the selected source document's folder and highlights the document.
