The DgnIndex schema may fail to import when the user is not logged in as the Administrator, even if the user is in the local Administrators group.

Normally, the DgnIndex schema is installed to the ProjectWise database when a DGN indexing job is first created using Bentley Automation Service Administrator. Once the schema is successfully installed, then any administrative user can execute subsequent jobs successfully.
