New in AssetWise Information Integrity Server v26.00.00

This version is a maintenance release.

Application Versioning

AssetWise follows the new Bentley version standards in the format xx.yy.zz, where xx represents the last two digits of the calendar release year, yy represents the major release number, and zz represents the minor release number. This is the first release of the 2026 calendar year and is therefore labeled v26.

Note: As of this release, there are no compatibility issues connecting client applications to a 2025 server using AssetWise version 25.00.x C# API's ("eB.Service.Proxy.dll"); however, Bentley strongly recommends updating to the newer API and compiling your code against it if you intend to run it against a 2026 server. There is no guarantee the 26.00.x client APIs will remain compatible with a 2025 server.

ProjectWise InterPlot Server Retirement and Impact

Bentley has scheduled the retirement of ProjectWise InterPlot Server effective July 31, 2026, after which no updates, fixes, or technical support will be available for this product.

ALIM printing and PDF rendering capabilities depend on InterPlot Server; therefore, we cannot guarantee their long‑term stability or expected behavior once InterPlot Server reaches end of life.

ALIM Printing functionality in particular will become fully unsupported, as it relies entirely on InterPlot Server and currently has no replacement path. Customers should plan for reduced supportability over time or begin evaluating Bentley‑recommended alternatives, such as native application printing interfaces.
PDF rendition workflows will continue to operate temporarily; however, because future support will require replacing InterPlot‑based rendering with a new solution, long‑term continuity cannot be guaranteed until that alternative is fully designed, implemented, and validated.
