To Add Contact Information for a Person
This task assumes that the administrator has already defined a list of contact methods (directory types) in the community.
- Open the person you want in the Content pane.
- Expand the Directory Entries topic.

Within the topic, click the Show all link.
A list of contact methods displays.
- For each contact method (Directory Type), enter the appropriate value in the Description field.
- Click the Save icon at the end of each row or click the Save icon on the action bar to save all entries.
