SyncDocument (Change Notice) 2100

The SyncDocument message is triggered once a subject to change controlled document becomes under change and the "DocumentUnderChange" event has been defined as in Event Subscription.

Follow these steps to create the SyncDocument 2100 message:

In AssetWise, create a new document and mark it as change controlled.
Enter all required metadata so that the document can be approved.
Approve the document.
Add the document to a change request, to change the document's change status to "Under Change" by doing one of the following:

Add the document to a draft change request and changing the status of the change request to Approved or Expedited

or
Add the document to an already Expedited change request.

Once the SyncDocuments message(s) has been processed by the Interoperability service, an XML object is created in the outgoing destination, as defined in Message Details.
