Comments Tracking with CONNECT Issue Resolution is only supported in environments that implement IMS authentication. For more information about enabling and configuring IMS authentication in the AssetWise environment, see IMS Integration.

CONNECT Issue Resolution also requires that the Comments Tracking database package has been installed, as described at the beginning of this section.
