When it has been deemed necessary that an issue as identified in an Early Warning Notification needs review and has been assigned to you, the following steps must be taken to complete your part of the review.

Tasks that have been assigned to you must be detailed as to the work that was performed, and the status and result of the work performed. Additional communications, related documents, files, and notes should also be attached to the review.

Below are the steps to completing the Review task of an EWN:

• Edit details of the EWN
• Add related communications to the EWN (optional)
• Add related documents to the EWN (optional)
• Add files to the EWN (optional)
• Add notes to the EWN (optional)
• Complete the Review task.
