To Delete Snapshots Providing your user account has been assigned the appropriate security, you may delete a communication snapshot. Follow these steps to delete a snapshot. Open the communication for which you want to delete a snapshot. Select the Snapshots tab. This tab lists all snapshots for the communication. Select one or more snapshots from the list. From the Actions menu, select Delete The Delete Object dialog appears. Click Yes to delete the snapshot. The snapshot is deleted. Parent topic: Working with Snapshots
