To Add Documents To and Delete Documents From a Transmittal
You can add existing documents to or delete associated documents from an existing transmittal, providing that it does not have "Committed" approval status.
To Add Existing Documents to a Transmittal
- Open the transmittal to which you want to add an existing document.
- Select the Documents tab.
- From the
Actions menu, select
Add exisiting document.
The Add Existing Document dialog appears.
- You can select the location of the document from the Add from list.
- Select each recipient that you want to add, and then click Add selected.
The selected recipients are added to the transmittal.
To Delete Associated Documents from a Transmittal
Follow these steps to delete an associated document from a transmittal.
- Open the transmittal to which you want to delete an associated document.
- Select the Documents tab. This tab lists all recipients that are associated with this transmittal.
- Select each document that you want to delete from the transmittal.
- From the Actions menu, select Delete associated document.
- Click Yes to remove the selected objects.
The selected recipients are removed from the transmittal.
