To Create an Assessed Structural Capacity Activity from an Asset

Follow these instructions to create an Assessed Structural Capacity activity from an asset.
  1. Open the asset for which you want to create an activity.
  2. Select the Activities tab.
  3. From the Actions menu, select Create Activity.

    The New activity page appears, open to the Attributes tab. For example:

  4. From the Class list select Assessed Structural Capacity. Additional attributes appear on the screen, depending on the class.
    Note: This field is required.
  5. You can accept or edit the default Name in the box.
    Note: This must be a unique name.
  6. You can enter a Code in the box.
  7. Enter the Duration in the box.
  8. You can enter the expected starting date for the activity, in the PlanStartDate box.
  9. You can enter the expected ending date for the activity, in the PlanEndDate box.
  10. You can enter the due date for the activity, in the DueDate box.
  11. Enter a Description of the activity, in the box provided.
  12. In the Assessment Details section, select the Source for Assessment Date from the list.
  13. Select the Managing Agent at time of Assessment from the list.
  14. Select the Main Assessment Loading Standard from the list.
  15. Select the Confidence from the list.
  16. You can enter more details about the Confidence, in the Comment on Confidence box.
  17. Select the Assessing Organisation from the list.
  18. Select the Traffic Flow from the list.
  19. Select the Level of Assessment from the list.
  20. Select the Most Critical Element from the list.
  21. Enter a value for the Condition Factor of Critical Element.
  22. You can enter more details about the Most Critical Element, in the box provided.
  23. Select the Method of Deck Assessment from the list.
  24. Enter or select the Date AHS Certified by HE.
  25. Select the Failure Mode from the list.
  26. When you are finished, click Save Changes ( ).
The activity is created, and the Assessed Structural Capacity page opens to the Attributes tab.
