After all work has
completed EWN, it may be closed.
Follow these steps
to close the Issue task on an Early Warning Notification:

From the Contractor's Work Exchange Work in Progress page, select
the EWN for which you want to close.

Select the
Attributes tab.

In the
Contractor's early warning notification
section, describe the details of the notification.

In the
Clause 16.1 - The event could: box, select one
or more phrases that best suit the cause of this notification such as
Delay completion,
Delay meeting a Key Date, or
Increase the Contractor's cost, for example.
Note: This field is required.

Select the
Severity Your options are
Low,
Medium, or
High.
Note: This field is required.

Select whether a risk reduction meeting is required, and if
Yes, then you must select a
Risk reduction meeting date by clicking the
calendar icon (
), and selecting a date.

Provide a description in the
Close out commentary box.

From the
Work Task menu, select
Complete.
A task notification dialog appears, the task is
added to the Project Manager's Work Exchange - Work in Progress folder, a
snapshot is created, and users subscribed to the EWN automatically receive an
email notification that the snapshot has been created.

Select the
Snapshots tab to view a list of snapshots that
have been created for this EWN.
Users that are subscribed to the EWN
automatically receive an email notification that the snapshot has been created.
The workflow
advances to the Assign Action step.
