To Accept a Task
You must accept a task before you can work on it or delegate it to someone else. You can accept a work task that is in your Work Exchange Inbox or Delegated Work folder.
Follow these steps to accept a work task:- Open the Work Exchange folder that lists the task that you want to accept.
- Select the task from the list, by checking the box to the left of the task name.
- From the Actions menu, select Accept selected. The work task status is updated and is moved to your Work in Progress folder.
- Repeat steps 2 to 3 for each work task that you want to accept.
