Published CONNECT Comments
Once the
server
process has completed, the
Published CONNECT Comments section appears on the
Comments tab. When you expand the section, the
newly created Comments Tracking comments appear in a grid. For example,
The following columns appear in the Published CONNECT Comments grid:
Column | Details |

Approved | Indicates whether or not the Published CONNECT Comment has been approved. |
Closed | Indicates whether or not the CONNECT Issue Resolution issue and corresponding Comments Tracking comment are closed. |
Workflow | Contains a hyperlink to the workflow for the Published CONNECT Comment. |
IR Issue | Contains a hyperlink to the issue in the CONNECT Issues Resolution application. |
Subject | Displays the subject of the CONNECT Issues Resolution comment. The contents default to a word-for-word copy of the CONNECT Issues Resolution issues Subject. This field can be edited by the Consolidator. |
Summary | Displays a brief summary of the CONNECT Issues Resolution issue. The contents default to a word-for-word copy of the CONNECT Issues Resolution Description. This field is editable. |
Author | Displays the author of the CONNECT Issues Resolution issue in the CONNECT Issues Resolution application. |
When the workflow progresses to a Consolidator task (refer to the previous section on CT workflows) and is accepted, Published CONNECT Comments can be approved. This approval/unapproval process is identical to that described in Consolidating Comments from the Workflow.
After the consolidator has finished approving Published CONNECT Comments, the workflow progresses the same as a standard Comments Tracking workflow.
