Editing Information on a Project Manager's Assessment Notification
- From the Work Exchange tile, select Inbox. The Work Exchange - Inbox opens. This page lists all tasks in your inbox.
- Select the PMA task that you want to edit, from the list. The PMA page opens to the Attributes tab. For example:
- In the Project Manager's assessment section, enter Details about the PMA.
- You can accept or edit the default Period for response (days).
- Adjust the Proposed change to the total of Prices to reflect whether the cost has increased or decreased.
- Adjust the Proposed change to Completion Date (days) to reflect whether the completion time has increased or decreased.
- To propose a change to a key contract date, click Add row.
- Enter Details and a Date Value, and then click Update.
- Repeat steps 7 to 8 for each proposed key date change.
