If the Whole Road toggle is set to No an embedded map will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

You can select a drawing tool from the submenu when you click the Start Spatial Edits button .

If you choose the Create Path option you can place points along a street to create a path for the record. Double-click to complete the path. Click Create in the Create Type 66 Data to create the partial street record.

A Type 66 record may be located on the whole road or partial road. If it is located partially (Whole Road toggle is set to No), then you have the following options:

• To create the geometry as a path (clicking along the street to create a path)
• To create the geometry as a free-hand line (i.e. digitize)
• To create the geometry as a free-hand polygon (i.e. digitize)
