Follow these steps to suspend a workflow.

Open the approved workflow for which you want to suspend.

From the
Workflow menu, select
Suspend.
The Suspend Workflow window appears.

Enter a reason for suspending the workflow, and then click
Suspend.
The
Workflow Status changes from
"Running" to
"Suspended", and all tasks in this workflow are removed
from the Work Exchange folders.
Note: The Suspend function
is not currently connected to automatic email notifications. Users do not
automatically receive an email notifying them that the workflow has been
suspended or resumed.
