To modify a Building component

Select a Building component or a set of components for modification. The Modify tab dynamically turns Modification > Modify Selected, making the Modify tools available on the contextual ribbon.

Note: Only tools applicable for modification of selected components are available.

Select

Modify Properties. The modify dialog opens where modifications to catalog items, instances, properties and values associated with selected graphic elements are made.

Complete modification settings and accept modifications with a data point in the view to accept. The modifications to the properties get applied to the selected building component.
