To Select By DataGroup Criteria

Select the DataGroup criteria option.
The Selector-Criteria-DataGroup dialog appears.

Click
Add.
A list entry appears.

Manipulate the properties of the selection criteria by selecting
from the available columns.
Criteria filters may include the item name, the catalog it comes from or an individual DataGroup property.
- Set the operator logic.
- Assign a value.
- Set the And/Or switch (unlabeled column).

Click
Add for more criteria selection properties.
Repeat the manipulation steps to narrow the selection criteria.

Review the selection criteria definition.
This criteria selects transitions which are in small diameter range and have flow rate greater than 300 units by following these rules:
- The item name must be Transition.
- The search is restricted to the items in the Default Transition catalog.
- The search is narrowed to look at two DataGroup properties: Diameter 1 and Flow Rate
- D1 must be set to less than 2, making the fitting of small diameter range.
- All transitions which have a small diameter must have flow capacity greater than 300.
- Return to the Select By Attributes dialog and click Apply.
