An integrated workflow enable AECOsim Building Designer models to be transferred to Energy Simulator for Energy Analysis. The workflow is summarized here:

1. AECOsim Building Designer creates an Analytical Space Model (ASM) DGN file using ASM tools
2. The ASM DGN is opened in Energy Simulator
3. With the ASM read into Energy Simulator, it is possible to perform energy analysis and design systems for the building
4. Refine the design using Energy Simulator features to maximize building energy performance.
