Refresh Automatic Annotations

Used to refresh annotations on drawings and sheets when they are initially created, opened, or referenced. When on, the utility runs automatically. When off, the utility runs only when you select the Refresh Automatic Annotations tool.

Available only in 2D models.

The following table describes the key-in arguments to the base key-in BBANNOTATE BYVISIBILITY:

Key-in Argument	Description
`DEFAULTS`	Applies the `ANNO`, `ANNOCACHEDREF` and `GRIDS` arguments.
`ANNO`	Processes rule-based annotations, annotates new elements and removes orphaned annotations for a dynamic reference.
`ANNO REBUILD`	Deletes and recreates all rule-based annotations for a dynamic reference. Any manual edits on annotations are lost (for instance: hide, move, rotate, etc..).
`ANNOCACHEDREF`	Processes rule-based annotations, annotates new elements and removes orphaned annotations for a cached reference.
`ANNOCACHEDREF REBUILD`	Deletes and recreates all rule-based annotations for a cached reference. Any manual edits on annotation are lost (for instance: hide, move, rotate, etc..).
`GRIDS`	Processes grids and elevations changes for both dynamic and cached references.

Note: Selecting the tool icon executes the key-in BBANNOTATE BYVISIBILITY DEFAULTS.
