The Draw on Solid tool can be used to create an edge on a Building solid form by drawing a line, line string, block, circle, shape, or by imprinting a curve onto the face of the form. The form and newly created edges, vertices, and faces can then be modified using the Modify Solid Entity tool.

This tool comes with a couple of unique and workflow productive features:

• The Draw on Solid tool recognizes the form face nearest to the pointer and sets the AccuDraw drawing plane to match the plane of the selected face.
• When a drawn line does not intersect with an existing edge, the line is automatically extended to the nearest edge.
