To Upgrade and Merge Two *.stf Files Into a Single XML File
If you have customized multiple *.stf files, you can upgrade your files to the XML format and merge them into a single *.xml file without losing the changes.
- Key-in TFSECMGR DIALOG. Open by keying in . Section File Manager dialog opens.
- Load two section files (*.stf).
- Determine the target merged file name.
- In the Key-in window, enter the command TFSECMGR AUTOUPGRADE <\\Path\Target File Name.XML>. The *.stf files are merged into a single XML file.
- Return to the Section File Manager, unload the two *.stf files, and load the merged XML file. This prevents duplicate sections errors.
