An integrated workflow enable AECOsim Building Designer models to be transferred to AECOsim Energy Simulator for Energy Analysis. The workflow is summarized here:

1. AECOsim Building Designer creates an Analytical Space Model (ASM) DGN file using ASM tools
2. The ASM DGN is opened in AECOsim Energy Simulator
3. With the ASM read into AECOsim Energy Simulator, it is possible to perform energy analysis and design systems for the building
4. Refine the design using AECOsim Energy Simulator features to maximize building energy performance.
