To edit a master table section

To edit the parameters for a section in the Master Table, use the following procedure.

Beam sections and Column Sections cannot be edited.

Select a section in the Master Table.
Either:

select the Edit Section tool

or
right-click and select Edit Section from the pop-up menu

The corresponding section parameters dialog opens with the values for the selected section.
Change the parameter values as needed. Required fields have a white background, optional/calculated values have a light grey background. Any optional value left blank will be calculated when a new section is added.
Note: Section properties are not recalculated if left blank on an edit command. The user must provide each value when editing a section. This will be changed in the future.
Click OK.
