The load combination report is used to check the parameter used in generating the Concrete and Soil reports as well as the list of load combinations used in checking the model.

The report contains all the data used to generate the combinations for the given code. The number next to each combination will match the numbers in the Design Reports and the Load Combination dialog boxes.
