To select the report format

To select the report format for reports, use the following procedure.

RAM Structural System can open reports for viewing, save them to viewer files for later use, export them to plain text files, or print them automatically.

Select the Post-Processing menu.

Select the output format:

Menu item	Description
Printer	Select this option to have the reports sent directly to the printer (without previewing).
Screen	Select this option to have the reports displayed on screen.
Text File	Select this option to have the reports saved to a comma delimited text file.
Viewer File	Select this option to have the reports saved to the report viewer file format. This provides the ability to view the report without running the any of the RAM Structural System modules.

A check is displayed by the current report output choice.

Each time a report from the Post-Processing menu is generated, this output format will be used.
