The Foundation Number is a unique number assigned to each foundation member when it is laid out in RAM Modeler. This number is used to reference the footing in all reports and in the Status Bar messages. If a foundation member is deleted in RAM Modeler and the Options. Renumber Members command is not issued its Foundation Number will NOT be used again in the model, so it is possible to have Foundation Numbers that are missing. Issuing Options. Renumber Members in RAM Modeler will renumber all of the foundations starting with 1 in the lower left hand corner of the model. The renumber of the foundations is for display and report purposes only. To display the Foundation Number select foundation number from the View menu.
To remove the Foundation Number re-select the option from the View menu.
