Selecting the Reports - Load Summary command will cause all unsized columns to be designed, and a Column Load Summary Report to be printed. The Column Load Summary Report is an abbreviated listing of the gravity loads on each level of each column. The report is organized first by column line and then by level. For each level of each column line, the height of the level, dead load, positive live load, negative live load, minimum total load and maximum total load is listed. |
As indicated in the figure to the right, a compression load is taken to be positive.
