To Activate Parametric Component for editing cell

  1. Select the element to edit the parametric cell.
  2. Right-Click on the cell and select Edit Parametric Cell > New Component from the pop-up menu. The Add Parametric Components tool settings window opens.




  3. Provide a name in the New Component Name field.
  4. Click OK. The parametric cell is activated for editing.


  5. Once you are done editing, right click on the element and select Deactivate Cell Editing. The changes will be reflected.


    Note: Under Edit Parametric Cell, the New Component saves the edited parametric cell as a new cell by a new name, whereas the Same Component updates the same parametric cell.
